Salsa Tomato Soup

1/2 Medium Onion
2 Red Bell Peppers
2 Green Bell Peppers
1 Jalapeno Pepper, Remove Seeds
5-6 Large Plum Tomatoes
2 Bunches Cilantro
5-6 Large Plum Tomatoes, Blended in Vitamix
Balsamic Vinegar to Taste

Pulse first 5 ingredients in a food processor until small pieces. Blend tomatoes in Vitamix and place in bowl. Mix other ingredients into bowl and add balsamic vinegar to taste. Serves 4.
