Shipping, Returns and Storage Information

By clicking the box on our shopping cart page, you are agreeing to pay for merchandise purchased and confirm you are the cardholder and not a robot.

Shipping:

  • Perishable food orders ship Mon-Wed; fresh Royal Jelly ships frozen and must be refrigerated upon arrival. Some items require 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select, particularly in summer. Natren Probiotics ship via FedEx 2nd Day Air (lower 48 states only).
  • Non-perishables ship Mon-Fri. We aim to ship orders same day but may need up to 2 business days for processing. Shipping methods include FedEx, U.S. Priority Mail, or UPS.
  • Allow enough time for payment clearance and shipping based on your zone. We are not responsible for delays caused by your availability to receive packages.
  • For large or bulk orders, we will email you if shipping differs from the cart estimate. Approval of new shipping quotes must be received before processing.

Shipping Errors & Address Corrections:
Incorrect zip codes or incomplete addresses may result in shipping adjustments and fees passed to you. Returned packages incur return shipping charges and re-shipping costs.

Claims & Exchanges:
Inspect packages upon receipt. Damaged items must be reported to the carrier. Exchange requests must be made within 10 days. All sales are final unless goods are damaged or defective, in which case we’ll issue a return with prior authorization. Customized or food items are non-returnable, and returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping is your responsibility.

International Orders:
We only accept Wise or Western Union payments from international customers. Shipping is via International Express or Priority, and all customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Fraudulent Transactions:
Fraudulent activities, including chargebacks or unauthorized returns, will result in legal action and may lead to public notification on our website. Customers will be charged for return shipping, restocking fees, and chargeback fees.

Storage:
Foods must be kept cool or refrigerated. We’re not responsible for damage due to improper storage. Provide a street address as UPS doesn’t deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Mail Orders:
To order by mail, select items in your shopping cart, choose shipping, and click RECALCULATE. Print 2 copies of the page, keep one for your records, and send the other with your payment (Postal M.O. payable to Alive & Well) to:
