Description
Suan Zao Ren Tang is a classical formula designed to nourish the Heart and Liver, calm the Spirit, and clear deficient Heat. Traditionally, it addresses insomnia, palpitations, and irritability arising from Liver Blood deficiency with Heat. In modern functional use, it is frequently used to manage sleep disorders, anxiety, and related nervous system conditions, particularly when accompanied by restlessness and night sweats.
