Description
Shao Fu Zhu Yu Tang is a classical formula that invigorates blood, dispels stasis, and warms the lower abdomen. Traditionally, it is indicated for lower abdominal pain, dysmenorrhea, postpartum discomfort, and infertility due to blood stasis with cold. In modern functional use, it is commonly applied for menstrual disorders, chronic pelvic pain, postpartum recovery, and gynecological conditions such as endometriosis or fibroids associated with blood stasis.
Traditional Indications
Painful menstruation, uterine bleeding, low back pain
Typical symptoms include:
- Blood stasis and cold in the lower abdomen
