Cautions & Contraindications:

• Acrid and slightly warm, it may consume qi, yin and body fluids so it is contraindicated for individuals who have yin-deficient fire, muscle cramps and spasms due to blood deficiency or in situations that do not include wind, cold or dampness.
• Ascending in nature: do not use if you are prone to dizziness or headaches caused by Liver Heat or Liver Wind rising.
