Spleen qi deficiency can also cause diarrhea in which case Lou Yan Rou mixes nicely with Atractylodes, Ginger, Dioscorea and Barley.

Cautions & Contraindications
- Long Yan Rou is contraindicated for individuals with phlegm-fire and dampness in the middle burner or stagnation.
- Long Yan Rou is warm and should not be used in cases of excess or deficiency heat, or in exterior complaints.
