Aversion to wind, common colds, influenza, fever and postpartum fever, fever and chills, headache, allergic rhinitis, food allergies, asthma, chronic urticaria and eczema, hemiplegia, hyperactivity, menopausal syndromes, low blood pressure and spasms of the esophagus, fever and chills not relieved by sweating, nasal congestion and stiff neck are some of the conditions satisfied clients have successfully used this formula for.
Primary Traditional Functions
Dispels External Wind and Cold, Harmonizes the Nutritive and Protective Qi Levels, Releases Pathogenic Influences from Muscles
Licorice resolves the exterior and releases cold, White Peony nourishes and astringes blood yin. Together they dispel exterior wind and supplement qi. Ginger resolves the exterior, warms the middle jiao and harmonizes the stomach. Red Date works with White Peony to nourish and harmonize the blood. Licorice also harmonizes all the herbs and acts as a catalyst promoting yin/yang harmony.
